This place is in a safe neighborhood, and the generous-sized unit provided had great amenities including a shower, computer, and balcony.

Location so close to the nearby National park as well as the ferry. For shots visit De Bokkesteeg, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Not very friendly staff!

Simple place with wonderful employees at the reception desk. Handy, particularly good location close to everything. Based close enough to suburban Amsterdam as well as downtown of Santpoort...

Room was advertised as a double but wads single, but the staff were fantastic and changed the beds round so that we could have a double.

The room was newly decorated and quiet, with a computer inside, and we stayed for 2 nights, it was a great experience!

The hotel has recently refurbished units with balconies and bathtubs. the employees are outstandingly accommodating.

Very adequate bedroom with arm chair and comfortable bed, good reasonably priced breakfasts with flexibility of time and very helpful staff. The location is good for visiting places of interest in the area

The surrounding roads were busier than expected, but traffic quietened down at night. Although still of very good standard we felt it could do with a little "tender loving care" to restore it to its original glory

Telephone service is unacceptable for these modern times. A guest should be able to make and receive phonecalls from the room, front desk was very cooperative, however no attendance at night time.

The breakfast offered here includes a nice variety of freshly baked bread and fruits.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend escape to see the flower parade in Haarlem and spend some time on the nearby beach, only about 10 minutes away. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful to all of our requests. The room with a small balcony was spotless and very well appointed with small refrigerator and computer. There were various amenities such as dental and sewing kit, fruit and candy, as well as the usual soaps,gels and lotion. The hair dryer and robe and slippers were nice extras. The breakfast was copious and quite adequate. The location was a 10 minute bus ride into Haarlem, a beautiful city to explore. Parking was availabe in front. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the quality/price ratio was excellent.

Clean, no-nonsense rooms and friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay. Decent breakfast. Pretty good place to stay for business trips to IJmuiden as well.

This hotel is a great value for money. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and have nice amenities, such as a bath tub and a computer inside. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony in my room. The location is convenient, as it is near the train station to Amsterdam and there are beautiful fields nearby to take a stroll in nature.
